Taking care of my little one has become the greatest joy of my life. I honestly am obsessed with being a mother! I love every aspect of it… even changing a dirty diaper. Some people might think that’s a bit odd but what I’m about to tell you might be a little eye opening and as a result you will see why I am grateful to be able to change my son’s diaper multiple times a day. I recently came across a static that 1 in 3 U.S. families struggle to provide enough diapers to keep a baby or toddler clean, dry, and healthy. Of those families in diaper need three-in-five parents miss work or school due to lack of sufficient diapers required by child care programs to care for a baby or toddler. This is heartbreaking to me. A little baby or toddler not having clean diapers and families struggling to provide them this necessity.
I want to share with you some ways you can help get these babies and toddlers in need some diapers. First of all there is an amazing organization called National Diaper Bank Network. They are a national movement that safeguards one of the most basic needs of all babies and their families, access to clean, dry diapers. You can get involved by hosting a diaper drive, volunteer at a local diaper bank, become an advocate to end diaper need, use your social media to raise awareness, donate your leftover diapers to a diaper bank or Huggies and Ralph’s have teamed up to help these families by donating up to 1 million diapers to the National Diaper Bank Network.
The Huggies and Ralph’s program is an easy way to get involved. Especially if your child is still in diapers because all you have to do is purchase your Huggies Diapers From Ralph’s November 8 to December 2. When you buy Huggies diapers from Ralph’s, they will donate a day’s worth of diapers to the National Diaper Bank Network. How easy is that? If you already have to buy diapers for your little one you might as well get them from Ralph’s until December 2nd so you can help make a difference in a baby’s life. Sometimes we can take necessities for granted so I’m trying to spread the word as much as I can because this truly breaks my heart to think about. Please do what you can to help.
